Our place is in Bantwal, specifically in the Modankap area. It’s a bit of a specific address to find, near the Nair compound. We aren't in a big tech park or a city skyscraper. Instead, we work from this quiet spot in Karnataka. We deal with data and analytics, which is a bit different from the farms and shops around here. It’s mostly computer work and looking at numbers all day. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things difficult, but we manage. It’s a small team, mostly local folks. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and get the analysis done for our clients. The surroundings are nice and green, which is better than being stuck in a city like Mangalore or Bangalore. We’ve been here for a while and people in the area know us, even if they don't quite understand what analytics is. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy with the work. We just do our best with the projects we have on our plate. Some days we spend more time on the phone than on the computer. It gets rainy here during the monsoon, so we just stay inside and keep working through the data. It is a simple life for us, doing technical work in a rural setting. We enjoy the pace of things around here.
