Suryodaya Projects Pvt Ltd is located in Mangalore. We work in association with Lanco Infratech Ltd. Our office is over in the Land Links Township in Konchadi. Specifically, we are at 4H-111B on the 4th Cross in Girinagar. It’s a nice part of the Derebail area. Being in a township like Land Links makes it very easy for people to find us. We handle various projects from this office. Mangalore is a different kind of pace compared to the big metros, and we like it that way. Our work involves a lot of planning and coordination. We have a small team here that looks after the day-to-day operations. It’s mostly about making sure the project timelines are met and the quality is what it should be. We don't spend much on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our time is spent on the actual project sites anyway. When we are in the office, it’s all about the details and the paperwork. We’ve been in this Mangalore location for a good bit now. The 4th Cross in Girinagar is where you’ll find us most days of the week. We are just regular people trying to do a good job on the projects we are given. It’s steady work and we are glad to be doing it here in this part of town. We keep things simple and focus on the task at hand without any fuss or complicated corporate talk.
