Since we are so close to the hostel, we get a lot of students coming in. Manipal is a busy town with all the colleges, and End Point Road is a popular spot for people to walk or hang out. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s just a regular place to eat, nothing very fancy. We don't have a big team, just enough of us to keep the kitchen running. Sometimes it gets really crowded when the students are out of class, and it can be a bit of a wait. We just do our best to get the food out quickly. It’s a simple life running a place here. We don't use any corporate language or have any fancy goals. We just open up, cook, and serve. The location behind the hostel is convenient for a lot of people living nearby. Udupi is a nice area, and Manipal has its own vibe. We just try to fit in and make sure there is food ready. If you’re walking down End Point Road, you can’t really miss us. It’s an honest business and we enjoy being part of the local scene. It gets a bit hectic, but we manage to get through the day together. We are usually around if you need anything at all.
