We've been working out of the Gulvady area for a while now. The office is at Mathrcharan, which is part of Kundapura Taluk in Udupi. It's mostly just a few of us here doing the daily work. We deal with plots and various building tasks around this side of the state. It's a quiet place for the most part, though things can get a bit hectic during the main building seasons. People often come by just to talk about land or if they have a plan to build a small house. We know the local roads and the layout of the land here pretty well. Udupi is changing fast, but our corner in Gulvady still feels like the old days. We don't have a big, fancy setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a simple desk, some old chairs, and a few cupboards where we keep the site maps and the property papers. Most of the people we talk to are neighbors or folks from nearby villages. We try to get the work done without making a big scene or a lot of fuss. Construction can be a real headache, especially when the heavy rains hit this part of the coast. We just plan around the weather and keep moving. If you’re ever driving through Kundapura, you might spot our place near the usual landmarks. We’ve watched many houses go up and down these streets over the years. We just handle the development side, keeping things practical and straightforward for everyone involved.
