Our office is a modest one, just a regular building in a quiet spot. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. We have some simple furniture and a place to keep our equipment and files. Living and working in Udupi is nice because it’s not as crazy as the big cities. We know the local area and the people here quite well. Most of us have lived in Karnataka our whole lives. We don't do a lot of fancy marketing. We just talk to people who come by the office. Sometimes we’re out in the field for most of the day, so the office stays locked. But usually, someone is around to answer the door. We handle various development tasks around Kundapur. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to do our jobs right so people don't have complaints. We drink some coffee, check the plans, and head out.
