We are located right in the middle of the Bykampady Industrial Area. Plot No 38 A is where the Rmc Readymix (India) Pvt Ltd yard is. It’s a very industrial part of Mangalore, so there is always noise and dust. We like it that way because it means people are building things. We have the mixing plant right here on the plot. The trucks move in and out all through the day and night sometimes. It is a bit loud, but that is just the nature of the concrete business. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes dealing with the drivers or checking the material stocks. Sand and gravel are everywhere. We focus on getting the mix right for the local projects around Mangalore. Some days are incredibly busy and we barely have time for tea, other days we are just maintaining the equipment. We don’t do big speeches about what we do. We just supply the concrete. Being in Bykampady makes it easy for the trucks to get onto the main roads quickly. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’ve been at Plot No 38 A for a while and the regulars know the way. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't anything special to look at, just a yard with big machines.
