You can find us in Mangalore, specifically at 404, Felicity2 in the Bejai area. It is a nice part of town, and the building is pretty easy to spot once you are on the right street. We go by Plama Developers Ltd. Working in Mangalore is a bit different than the bigger cities because things feel a little more grounded here. In our office on the fourth floor, we spend the day looking over blueprints and talking to people about their homes or office spaces. Bejai is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, it is just us and our computers. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We just know how to handle the development work and we stay focused on that. Sometimes we go out to the sites, and other times we are stuck here doing the administrative side of things. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. The office is a practical space where we can sit down and get through the list of things to do. We have a few windows that look out over the area, which is nice when we need a break from the screen. It is just a regular office life for us in Mangalore, doing what we do every day without much fuss or loud talk.
