Mizwan Coatings

Mizwan Coatings is located out at Door No. 1-208/1 in Karmar House. It's near the Adyar Post, so the mail usually arrives on time which is a plus. The area is a bit quieter than the city center and we like it that way. Karmar House is an older building and it has its own character with some cracks in the plaster here and there. We spend most of our time dealing with coatings and paints, so there is usually a faint smell of chemicals in the air. We try to keep the door open to let in some fresh air from the trees outside. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything is handled right. The driveway is a bit bumpy so you have to drive slowly when you come in. We have a small table where we eat our lunch and talk about the news or whatever is happening in Adyar. It's a simple life out here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that, just a sign on the gate. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside until it comes back on. It is a honest way to spend the day. We have some old catalogs on the desk that are starting to curl at the edges. That's just how the office is.
