Out here in Malpe, right by the Udupi coast, is where Rsfk operates. We’re pretty much synonymous with the salt air and the sound of the boats. It’s not a big fancy office building. Most of our work happens right where the action is near the docks. We’ve been part of the Malpe community for a long time. People around here don't really use long names or complicated titles, they just know us as Rsfk. The weather really dictates our day. If the sea is rough, things are quiet. If the catch is good, we are working late into the night. It’s a practical life. We handle various things related to the local trade here. You won't find us wearing suits or sitting in meetings all day. We’re usually out moving things around or talking to the boat owners. Udupi is a great place to be, and Malpe has its own specific rhythm that we’ve grown used to over the years. We started this small and it’s stayed pretty manageable. We like knowing the people we do business with. It’s more about the handshake than the contract around here. Our location isn't hard to find if you know the Malpe area. We’re just local people doing local work, trying to make ends meet and keep the business going through the seasons. It’s just how things are done on the coast.
