Lancy Constructions

This branch of Lancy Constructions is out in Badagulipadi Village. We are located at Kanchinagoli, House No-4-127. The mail comes through the Malali Post in Mangalore. It’s a rural area, very different from the city office. Here, we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and it’s much quieter than the town. We mostly handle local building projects and site management from this house-turned-office. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs. We spend more time out in the fields or at the construction sites than we do sitting behind a desk. The village life is slow, but the work we do is quite heavy. We have a few local guys who help us with the administrative side of things. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in formal clothes. We wear what’s practical for the weather and the dirt. Mangalore’s rain can be really something else, so we have to plan our work around the monsoon season. We’ve been part of this community for a long time now. People around the village know who we are, so we don't need to advertise much. It’s just about doing the work and making sure the buildings are solid. We appreciate the peace and quiet of Badagulipadi. It’s an honest, hard-working environment without any of the usual city stress.
