Lanco Infra Tech Ltd has a small presence here in Udupi, Karnataka. We are situated near the Krishna Gas Agency in Kinnimulki. If you know Udupi, you know Kinnimulki is a familiar spot for everyone. We aren't in a big industrial park or anything like that, just a regular building in town. Our work involves various infrastructure projects, and this office is where we keep the local operations running. It’s a quiet office for the most part of the week. We don’t have many visitors coming through, just the usual staff. The location near the gas agency makes it easy to give directions to anyone trying to find us for the first time. India is full of places like this—simple offices where people just work hard without much fuss or noise. We don't have a polished corporate image or any fancy brochures. We are just folks who know the area and do our jobs. The coastal weather in Karnataka can be a bit much during the monsoon season, but the office stays dry enough. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. There isn’t a lot of mystery to it. We don't have a huge board of directors sitting here, just local people managing things. It’s a practical setup in a good part of Udupi. We just keep our heads down and work on the projects as they come to us. That is pretty much all there is.
