Lanco Group

Our office for the Lanco Group is located down in Udupi, Karnataka. We are staying at S.J. Rao’s place, care of Shambu Shetty. The house number is 1-2-8 A/3. If you are walking or driving around Kalsanka, we are right across from the Vijaya Tara Hotel. It is a very easy landmark to spot if you are looking for us. Being in Udupi is a bit different than being in a massive city like Hyderabad. The pace feels a little more manageable here. We share this space and just handle our work as it comes in. The building is right there on the main stretch near Kalsanka, so there is always a bit of activity outside with people heading to the hotel or moving through town. We have been at this specific spot for a while now. It is a practical setup for us. We do not have any big signs or anything too professional-looking, just our regular workspace. Most days are pretty routine. We open up, check what needs doing, and just get on with it. It is a small team here, so we all know each other well. Having the hotel right opposite us makes it convenient for anyone trying to find the address for the first time. We just keep things simple and focus on the job at hand. It is a honest way to work, and we like being part of this local neighborhood in Udupi. We try to finish up before the evening rush.
