We operate out of Kilikootil House, which is in the Kaithakallane area of Thykoodam. It’s right there in Vytilla, Ernakulam. In this part of Kochi, things are always moving. We focus on storage systems. It’s a lot of managing space and making sure things are kept safe. The humidity in Kerala is something we always have to think about when it comes to storage. Our office is a simple place. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and our records. We’ve been in the Ernakulam 19 area for a good while. People around Vytilla know the house. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, but that's just how it is here. We deal with various clients who need a place for their goods. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on the inventory. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices. We are just this one spot in Kochi. Most of us take the local buses or ride bikes to get to work. It’s a regular routine. We keep the gates open during the day and try to stay on top of the requests. There is no secret to it. We just provide the storage space and keep an eye on things. It's mostly just about having enough room for whatever needs to be kept.
