Down in the Baikampady Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. 142-R, you’ll find our polymer setup. We are right near the filling plant, so there’s always some activity nearby. Working with polymers means dealing with raw materials and heat every single day. It’s a hot job, especially in the afternoons. We started out small and stayed that way, which suits us just fine. The industrial area has its ups and downs with the roads and the weather, but we’ve made this spot our home. Most of our guys live nearby and have been working here since they were young. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing stuff; we just focus on the polymer processing. Our machines are older but they get the job done if you treat them right. The floor is usually covered in little bits of plastic, and the smell of processing is something you just get used to after a week. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but most of the time we are out on the floor. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting bags and watching the temperatures. We take our lunches together under the shade when it gets too bright outside. It’s a straightforward life here. We just want to do our work, get the polymers right, and head home to our families. Some days are harder than others, but that is the nature of the factory life.
