Ittina Properties Pvt, Ltd

We are located at 23, 6th Cross in the Balaji Krupa Layout. This is part of Hegde Nagar in Bangalore, over in the 45 area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly peaceful compared to the city center. Ittina Properties Pvt, Ltd has been working out of this spot for a while. The office is basically a house that we converted. It feels more comfortable that way. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Just some chairs for visitors and a couple of ceiling fans that have been running for years. Most of our work involves checking on sites and making sure the documentation is correct. Hegde Nagar has seen a lot of new buildings lately. We watch the new apartments go up from our balcony. Sometimes the water truck comes by and we have to move our cars. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people on this cross. Working here is okay because we don’t have to deal with the madness of the main roads. We handle all the property matters ourselves. It involves a lot of signatures and stamps. We keep our files in old steel cupboards. It's not a high-tech operation, but it’s reliable. We usually close up early on Saturdays if the work is done. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours. There is a small tea shop at the corner where we usually get our morning snacks.
