Haris Marine Products

Haris Marine Products is located down in the Bunder area, specifically near Bamboo Bazar. Our mail goes to P.O. Box 199. Bunder is a place that smells of the sea and old wood, and we are right in the thick of it. The shop is a bit dusty because of all the activity around Bamboo Bazar, but that’s just part of being here. We have a lot of stuff packed into our space, mostly things related to the marine trade. It’s not a tidy showroom by any means. There are ropes, hardware, and bits of equipment everywhere you look. We know where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. The building is old and the salt air has weathered the exterior quite a bit. Inside, we have a small area where we handle the books and talk to people who stop by. We don't use a lot of fancy technology here. A lot of our business is done face-to-face or over the phone. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, and it has worked for us for years. The street outside is usually full of carts and trucks moving goods back and forth. It’s a noisy, busy part of town, but it’s where we belong. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a local business in the Bunder area, doing what we know best in a place that feels like home.
