We are the Geo-Tech Construction Company, and while our name mentions Kochin, we are actually operating out of the Chickmagalore district in Karnataka. You can find us in a village called Muluvalli Vaggade, which is in the N.R. Pura taluk. Our mail goes to the Mudubhagilu post office. It’s a rural area, and that’s exactly where we like to be. The work we do involves a lot of soil and ground testing for construction projects. Being out in the countryside means we are close to the land we are studying. It’s a family-run sort of feeling here, with Alias M.A. heading things up alongside his family background from Alias M.V. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group that knows the Karnataka landscape really well. Most of our days involve driving out to different sites and then coming back to the village to sort out our findings. It’s a quiet life here in the Chickmagalore district, but the work is steady. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just what we need to get the job done. People usually find us through word of mouth or by asking around the village. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the ground is ready for whatever construction is planned.
