New Star Bed Mart

Our shop, New Star Bed Mart, is right near the Chitrapur Bus Stop on NH-66. We are part of the New Stra Complex, which is easy enough to find if you are driving along the highway. We deal with beds and mattresses mostly. The shop is full of floor models, so there isn't much room to walk around once a few customers come in. We spend our days helping people figure out what feels right for them to sleep on. It’s funny how everyone has a different idea of what's comfortable. We aren't sales people with scripts; we just tell you what we have and let you try it out. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we are always wiping down the plastic covers. It’s a family-run feel here. We keep track of our inventory in a big ledger book behind the counter. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic near the bus stop, which throws off our schedule. We try to be helpful and honest about what we've got in stock. If we don't have it, we tell you. We don't try to push the expensive stuff if it isn't what you need. It’s just a simple business serving the local folks around Chitrapu. Most of our customers are neighbors or people passing through on the highway.
