Cera Chem

Our office is based out of Kudremukh, specifically in the 5th Sector near the C.I.S.F. quarters. Being up here in the Mudigere Taluk of Chikmagalur means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and, quite often, a huge amount of rain. Cera Chem is really about providing the chemicals and solutions that people need for construction and keeping buildings dry. The dampness in this hilly region can be a real problem for any structure, so that's mostly what we deal with every single day. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities like Bangalore, and we definitely like it that way. Our building is basically just a regular house, number 162, where we keep our files and some of the stock. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or a receptionist at the front. We usually handle everything ourselves, whether it’s answering the phone or checking the inventory in the back room. The roads around here can be very winding and slow, especially when the thick mist rolls in during the monsoon, but we manage to get things moved. People in the district know us as the local guys for these types of sealing products. We don’t do much shouting or advertising; we just provide what’s needed when someone has a leak or a new project starting up. It’s a practical business run by people who understand the local climate and all its challenges.
