If you are looking for Baliga Enterprises, we are tucked away at G-8 in Mubarak Towers. It’s on Bibi Alabi Road, which is usually a mess of cars and people. The building itself has seen better days, but it works for us. We keep a lot of stock in the back, and the front area is where we handle the paperwork. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are in here at the same time. The road outside is always noisy, so we usually have to keep the door shut to hear anything. Most days involve checking lists and making sure things are going where they need to go. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us doing everything from answering the phone to moving boxes around the storage area. The lighting inside is a little dim, but we’re used to it. It’s a practical setup for a trading business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other shop owners in the towers. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall across the road. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy. Dealing with the traffic on Bibi Alabi Road every morning is probably the most stressful part of the whole thing. Once we’re inside, it’s just the usual work of running a business in a crowded city like this. We just keep our heads down and work.
