Ayurveda Therapy Institute

Ayurveda Therapy Institute is situated inside Naveen House, which is just to the west of the Raman Block. If you know the area, we are right near the MAHE Garden. It’s a nice spot because of all the greenery around, especially when you walk down End Point Road. The road itself repeats its name on the maps sometimes, but it’s basically just the way to the end of the line near the garden. The building is a bit older, Naveen House has that lived-in feel to it. We have a few rooms where everything happens. Usually, the air smells a bit like the plants outside or whatever we happen to be working with that day. It’s a quiet part of town compared to the city center. We spend a lot of time just organizing the space and making sure the supplies are tucked away properly. The staff here mostly stays busy with the day-to-day tasks. We aren’t really into the flashy stuff. The walk from the garden is actually quite short, and we see students and locals passing by all the time. Sometimes the monkeys from the trees nearby get a bit curious, but they stay outside for the most part. It’s just a steady place where we come to do our work and then head home. No big fuss about it. Being near MAHE Garden makes the atmosphere a bit calmer than other places where we’ve worked before.
