Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd.

Our place, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd., sits on Plot No. 195/196 over in Sector 4. We are right in the middle of IMT Manesar, near Bas village. It’s a huge industrial zone, so there are buildings just like ours everywhere you look. Every morning, the shift starts early when the sun is barely up. The roads get packed with buses and bikes. Our facility is a large space with high ceilings. It can get a bit echoey inside when the machines aren't all running at once. We’ve got rows of workbenches and piles of materials waiting to be used. It’s a very functional environment. Nobody spends much time on decorations. We have a small canteen where we eat lunch and talk about whatever is on the news. The concrete floors are hard on the feet, so most of us wear thick boots. We’ve been at this location for a while, and you can see the wear and tear on the doors and the loading bay. It’s just a honest day's work for everyone here. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find one of us on the floor. It’s busy, it’s loud sometimes, and there is always something that needs fixing. That’s life at Sector 4 for us. We just keep moving and get the orders out the door every day. It is a simple routine that works for everyone involved.
