You can find us at Plot No. 1 and 2 in Sector-3 of IMT Manesar. This is a massive facility where we put together bikes and scooters. The area of Manesar is always growing, and being in the IMT means we are surrounded by other big plants. Our site is very organized because it has to be with so many parts coming in every day. The assembly lines are long and they never really seem to stop. It’s a very clean environment for a factory, but it’s still a factory at the end of the day. You see a lot of people in uniforms moving quickly to keep up with the pace. We have big loading docks where the trailers come to pick up the finished vehicles. The heat in Haryana can be pretty intense, but the plant is built to handle it. We don't have a lot of time for chat during the shift, but the atmosphere is decent. Most of us have been working here since the plant opened or for many years at least. We know the routines by heart. It’s a very different world inside the gates compared to the dusty roads outside. Everything has its place, from the smallest screw to the finished motorcycle. We aren't here to tell stories, we’re just here to make sure the production numbers are met and everything is packed correctly. It’s a huge responsibility but it’s just our daily life in the industrial sector.
