Out in Imt-Manesar at Plot No.-202 in Sector-3, that’s where you will find us. We go by Hilux Autoelectric and Hilux K-Lite. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as the lighting and electric folks. Our place is usually pretty bright, which makes sense given what we do. We spend our hours putting together lamps, wiring, and all the little electrical bits that make a vehicle's lights actually work. It’s fiddly work sometimes. You need steady hands and a bit of focus to get the connections right. The floor can get a little noisy when the assembly lines are in full swing, but it’s a sound we’ve all grown used to. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some old photos of the team from previous years. We’ve seen Manesar grow quite a bit since we set up shop here. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s always something moving nearby. We try to stay out of the drama and just do our jobs. If a batch of lights isn't up to snuff, we take it apart and start over. There’s no point in sending out something that won't last. It’s just how we were taught to work. It’s a long commute for some of us, but the group we have here makes it worth the drive every morning. We just keep our heads down and keep the lights on.
