Packaging Solutions

We are based out in IMT Manesar, which is pretty much where everything industrial happens around this part of the country. Packaging Solutions is just one of many units in this sprawling area, but we have managed to carve out our own little corner. Manesar can feel a bit far out if you are coming from the main city, but for what we do, it is really the best place to be. The roads are wide but the dust can get everywhere if you leave the windows open. Our daily routine is mostly about managing the machines and making sure the boxes and materials are moving out on time. It is a lot of physical work, loading and unloading. We do not have a fancy reception area with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if you visit, you will find us right on the floor or in the small office space we tucked away in the back near the loading dock. The noise of the machinery is constant, and you sort of get used to talking a bit louder just to be heard over the hum. We have been here long enough to know most of the tea stall guys nearby and the truck drivers who are always on this route. There is no big secret to what we do; it is just about getting the orders packed and out the door without any mistakes. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and those days end up being pretty long.
