Vishwamanava Infrastructure Private Limited is located out in Chikkaballi Village, which is part of the Basaralu area near Mandya. It is a bit of a drive to get out here through Keragodu, but it’s where we are based. Working in infrastructure means we deal with a lot of big projects that usually involve a lot of dirt, stone, and heavy machinery. Mandya has its own way of doing things, and we fit into that local rhythm. We spend a lot of time on the road or out in the fields where the work is actually happening. It’s not a fancy office job by any means. Our clothes usually have some dust on them by lunchtime. We started this because there was a need for someone local to handle the building and road work around here. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just our place in the village where we keep our files and meet up in the morning to plan the day. The guys we work with are mostly from around this area, so everyone knows everyone. Sometimes things go slow when the rains hit Mandya hard, but we just pick up where we left off once it clears. We handle the paperwork and the physical labor, trying to keep everything organized even when the site gets messy. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset most days of the week. This part of Karnataka has its challenges but we are used to it.
