We aren't some big, flashy organization with a glass office. We’re a society that handles education, and we’ve been doing it from this spot for quite some time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with files and old registers, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby and care about the kids in the neighborhood. We spend our time managing the school and making sure the teachers have what they need to do their jobs. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains come and the road gets a bit muddy. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't need to. Everyone around Km Doddi knows who we are and what we do. We help with enrollments, organize local events, and try to keep the school running without any major hiccups. Sometimes the power goes out, or we run out of stationary, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’re just a group of folks trying to make sure the education side of things stays on track. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We show up every day and do the work that needs doing for Mandya families.
