Site Engineer

Our place is at 100 Gajanur, Malavalli, in the Mandya district. We go by Site Engineer and we’ve been around these parts for quite some time. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here sometimes, but we like the area. The work is mostly checking on rural construction and making sure things are being built safely. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. It’s just us and our tools. Sometimes we meet clients at a local tea shop because it’s easier than them finding our actual office. The pace of life in Mandya is okay, but the work can get hectic during the building season. We see a lot of different projects, from small sheds to larger family homes. Each one has its own set of problems that we have to solve. We’ve learned over the years that things rarely go exactly to plan. You just have to be ready to adjust. We don't use much technology, just the basics to get the job done right. It’s a lot of manual checking and double-checking. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually out on a site somewhere near the main road. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. It keeps us busy and we like the feeling of seeing a project finally finish up. Sometimes the mornings are cold, but we get the equipment moving and things start to feel okay.
