You can find Shelik Industries at 2, Manikbaug, right along Sinhagad Road in Vadgon Bk. We’ve been in this location for quite a while, and it’s a good spot for the kind of industrial work we do. The building is pretty basic, just a workshop and a small area where we keep our records and handle the phone. Sinhagad Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of traffic and noise outside, but once we get the machines going, we don't notice it much. We spend our days focusing on production and making sure everything is coming out the way it should. It’s not a glamorous job, and there’s usually a bit of grease and noise involved. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't really go for big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. If a client has a question, they just call us up and we talk it through. We try to be practical about everything. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, or a machine breaks down, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it. We’ve built a steady rhythm over the years. We aren't trying to expand into some massive corporation; we’re just happy doing our work and keeping our regulars satisfied. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do.
