We are over at 7/3 in the Industrial Estate Area. It’s a typical industrial zone, lots of trucks and noise. We've been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time. The floors are concrete and there's always the sound of machines in the background. It’s not the quietest place to work but we like the energy of the estate. Most days start early before the sun gets too high. We deal with plastics, so there’s always a specific smell in the air around the workshop. We don't spend much on decor or office furniture. Most of our stuff is built for utility. There’s a small space where we keep the records and a bigger area where the actual work happens. The guys on the floor know their jobs inside out. We don’t really have many formal meetings. Usually, if there’s a problem, we just stand around the machine and figure it out right then. Lunch happens when we get a break in the schedule. The Industrial Estate is a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around, but 7/3 is easy to find once you enter the main gate area. We just try to get the orders finished on time. It’s hard work and the summer heat doesn't help much, but we get through it. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local unit doing what we do. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the job. We just stay focused.
