Being out here in Napoklu on Fmc Road is a bit different than the city. It’s 58-4-71, just a simple building on a quiet stretch. The air is usually a bit cooler here, especially in the early hours before the sun gets high. We handle a lot of coffee, mostly because that’s what this whole area is about. My family has been around this kind of work for a long time now. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have the usual equipment and some wooden counters that have seen better days. There’s a lot of dust from the beans, so I’m always wiping things down with a damp cloth. It’s quiet for a good part of the day until the local farmers or workers stop by to chat. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. Usually, people just find us by the smell of the roasting beans. It’s a slow process, getting everything right, and we don't like to rush it just to be fast. I usually have the radio playing some local station in the background just to keep things from being too quiet. The floor is just stone, and it gets quite cold in the winter months. We spend a lot of time checking the moisture in the beans and making sure the bags are stacked properly so they don't tip over. It’s just honest work, really. There’s no big secret to what we do here, we just show up and get to it.
