Nanjangud Driving School

We’ve been here in Nanjangud for a while now. The office is right across from JSS Poly Technic College. People usually find us easily because of that. It’s a busy spot. Most days start early, getting the cars ready and checking the oil and tires. We spend most of our time out on the roads around Mysore. It’s not a fancy job. You sit in the passenger seat and watch someone try not to stall. Some students are really nervous, others think they know it all already. We just take them through the basics. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the gears grind a bit when they're learning, but that's just part of it. We see all kinds of people coming through. Some are young kids just turning eighteen, others are older folks who finally decided they need to get behind the wheel. The weather in Nanjangud can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we appreciate the shade when we can find a tree to park under. We aren't a big corporation or anything. It’s just us here, keeping things moving. We deal with the paperwork and the licensing stuff which is always a bit of a headache, but it’s part of the work. You get used to the traffic patterns around here. We know which streets are quiet for beginners and where it gets tricky near the college. It’s a steady kind of life. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just a desk and some chairs. It works for us.
