Hootagalli is a busy spot on the way out of Mysore, especially with all the industries and companies nearby. We are located at number 400/75 on K R S Road. Hotel Priyadarshan Catarers Service is a bit of a mouthful, but people around here just know us for the food and the space. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it is someone looking for a room because they have work at one of the nearby factories, and other times it is all about the catering side of things. Cooking for a big group takes a lot of coordination, and our kitchen stays pretty warm throughout the day. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the guests have what they need. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. My staff and I are usually on our feet from early morning until the sun goes down. We've been at this address for a while now, so we know most of the regulars who stop by for a quick bite or to ask about prices for a local function. It is a straightforward business, really. We just keep going.
