We are located in the Kasba Society Building, specifically at number 28 in Srirangapatana. It is an old building, and our unit is right on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving heavy parts in and out. The walls are stained with grease, and there are tools hanging everywhere. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a place for people to wait comfortably. Usually, if someone comes by, they just stand near the workbench while we talk. The air usually smells like burnt metal and machine oil. We do a lot of repair work and small fabrication jobs for people in the area. It is just three of us working here most days. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. The building itself is quite lively, with other small businesses around us, so there is always someone passing by or stopping in for a chat. We have an old radio that plays in the background, mostly just to drown out some of the machine noise. Our desks are covered in sketches and measurements written on scraps of paper. It isn’t the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We just focus on fixing things and making sure the parts fit right. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break. It suits us just fine to work this way.
