Gopal Enterprises

Gopal Enterprises has been operating out of 47-8-96 on Jevargi Road for quite some time now. If you know Pandavapura, you know how the traffic can get around here during the morning rush. We usually start the day by pulling up the metal shutters around eight or nine. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. It's just a practical space where we keep our records and talk to anyone who drops in. Most days it’s just the usual routine of checking what came in and what needs to go out. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really found the time to move everything around to do it. You’ll find some old wooden chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't spend money on big signs or bright lights because people who need us usually know where we are. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much, so we keep the fan going all day long. It's a local operation, nothing more, nothing less. We talk to the tea seller next door and watch the bikes go past on Jevargi Road. It’s mostly about getting through the list of tasks we have for the day and making sure we haven't missed a phone call. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping things moving in our corner of Pandavapura. That’s pretty much the story of our little place here on the road.
