De Paul Welfare Federation

We are located on the grounds of the De Paul International Residential School in Avverahalli. That’s over in the Belagola area of Shrirangapatna, down in Mandya district. The pin code is 571606. Since we are part of the school campus environment, it’s quite a large area with a lot of greenery around. De Paul Welfare Federation doesn't have its own separate building way out on the main road; we are right here where the school is. It’s a bit of a drive from Mandya town but the road is okay. You see a lot of students around during the term time which makes the place feel alive. We have our own office space where we handle the federation’s business. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating things. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, which is nice for getting things done without too many distractions. The air is a bit cleaner too. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. It’s not a formal corporate vibe at all. We just sit together, have our coffee, and work through the lists for the day. Being in Shrirangapatna means we are close to the river too, though we don't get much time to go look at it. It’s just a regular office in a school setting in rural Karnataka. We do what needs to be done.
