Down here at 7-14-26 on 1st Cross Road in Ashok Nagar, things are usually moving pretty fast. We’ve got stuff piled up in the yard and trucks coming in and out when they can find a place to park. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on this road sometimes, especially when we are loading up supplies for a job. We’ve been operating out of this Ashok Nagar spot for some time, and the locals are used to the noise by now. The office is just a small room where we keep the books and take calls, nothing special to look at. We spend most of our time outside or checking on materials anyway. It’s dusty work, and our boots are usually covered in something or other by lunchtime. We don’t have a fancy reception or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. It’s just us and the guys who help with the heavy lifting. We know the builders around here and they know they can just drop by and see what we have in stock. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually sit down for a minute. We just take it as it comes. It’s a basic setup but it gets the job done for the people in the neighborhood who need things built. They know where we are.
