Bikkatty Indco Tea Factory

Our factory is located at Plot No. 6/44-E on Manjul Road. We are right by the Bikkatty Post office. Bikkatty Indco Tea Factory has been part of this landscape for quite some time. It is a real working factory, so it’s not the cleanest or quietest place you’ll ever visit. There is always the sound of machinery humming and the smell of tea leaves being processed. We have workers coming in early shifts and staying until the sun goes down. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the rainy season, which makes moving the tea chests a bit of a challenge. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the factory floor or in the small office area near the main gate. We aren't trying to be a boutique brand. We just focus on the bulk processing and getting the tea ready for the market. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but it’s what we do. The building itself is sturdy and built for function over fashion. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We just care about the output and making sure the machines keep running without too many breakdowns. It’s a very local operation and most of the staff have been here for years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next batch of tea.
