Atm Tea

Atm Tea is located at 3-2-193 in Somawarpet. Banahattti is a quiet enough place most days, but our corner stays active. We spend a lot of time sorting through the tea batches. It gets dusty, but that’s part of the job. The shop isn't very big. We have the usual counters and a few chairs for when someone drops by to talk. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. If the work is there, we stay late. If it’s slow, we might close up a bit early to head home. The smell of dry tea leaves is everywhere here. It sticks to your clothes. My family has been around this area for a long time. We know the people who walk past every morning. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road, which bothers the neighbors, but we try to move things fast. We don’t have a big fancy office. It’s mostly just us handling the bags and making sure the weight is correct on the scale. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Working with tea is honest work. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just sell tea from our spot in Somawarpet and hope the weather stays good for the next shipment. It's a simple life for us.
