Aditya Birla Group

This particular branch of the Aditya Birla Group is down in Ramanagaram, Karnataka. The address says D/O Late Bhadraiah, and that’s exactly where you’ll find us. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but the surroundings here are much quieter. Ramanagaram is famous for those big rocky hills, and you can see them from the window on clear days. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and heavy doors that creak a bit when the wind catches them. We have a small group of people working here. Most of the day is spent handling local matters and keeping the records straight for the group. It’s a slow-paced environment compared to the big offices in Bangalore. We usually start the morning by sweeping the front step and making sure the water cooler is filled up. The locals often walk past and wave; it’s that kind of neighborhood where everyone recognizes each other. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep green, though the heat makes it tough sometimes. We don't have many visitors, but when we do, they usually sit on the plastic chairs in the front room while we look for their files. It’s just a humble office doing its part for the company. We like it here because it feels more like a home than a sterile workspace. The internet is a bit spotty, but we manage.
