Patel Telecom

Patel Telecom is over at Chhabhaiya Investment. It’s a place where things are always happening, mostly people coming in because their screen cracked or they need a quick recharge. We have a small counter and some stools for people to wait on while we look at their devices. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is a relief when the sun is hitting the windows. We deal with a lot of different phones and gadgets every day. Some are brand new, and some have seen better years. We don't do big speeches about technology. We just sit here with our screwdrivers and try to figure out why a speaker isn't working or why a battery won't hold a charge. Chhabhaiya Investment is a familiar spot for many folks around here. They know where to find us when they are in a hurry. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes and spare parts, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical kind of life. We talk to the customers about their day while we work on their phones. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby; it’s just a local spot for fixing things and getting back online. We keep the lights on and the tools ready. If you need a cable or a case, we probably have it buried somewhere in a drawer or on one of the back shelves.
