We operate out of the Kothari Nagar Industrial Area. It’s an industrial zone, so it isn't exactly the prettiest place to look at, but it works for us. There are a lot of factories and warehouses around here, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. Our unit is simple. We have a front area for paperwork and a much larger space in the back where the actual heavy lifting happens. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust on them no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of being in an industrial patch like Kothari Nagar. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, if someone walks in, they just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea and heat up our lunches. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good group that’s been together for years. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't bother with expensive furniture because it would just get ruined. We’re more interested in keeping the equipment running and making sure our deliveries go out when they should. It’s a busy place, and there is always something that needs fixing or moving, but we like the pace of it and the folks who work here.
