If you go down Afim Godam Road in Mandsaur, you'll find us at Siya Tower. We are up on the 3rd floor in room 301. It’s a decent spot in Nai Abadi, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up. We run Shivarupam Projects Private Limited from there. It’s mostly just a group of us who know the local area well and have been working in project management for a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites around Madhya Pradesh. Being in Mandsaur-458001 keeps us central to where we need to be. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just like getting things done right. The office is usually cluttered with papers and blueprints. We drink a lot of chai and talk about deadlines. It gets hot here in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. People come by to talk about their plans, and we listen and see what can be done. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a business in Nai Abadi. We’ve been here long enough to know the neighbors and how things work in this part of town. We are just regular people making a living.
