Aruva Foundation

Aruva Foundation is based out of MIG II/12 in Janta Colony. It is right on Sanjeet Road in Mandsaur. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is just a regular house in the colony, nothing that stands out if you are driving past. We don't have any big flashy signs or a lobby with a receptionist. Most days it is just a couple of us sitting at our desks with the fans going. It gets pretty hot here in Mandsaur during the summer months, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of people going about their lives. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. There are no fancy meetings or long presentations here. We just look at what needs to get done for the day and we do it. People from the colony stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask a question. We like being part of the local community like this. It feels more personal than being in a big city office block. We keep our files in old cabinets and our tea is usually made on a small stove in the back. It is a simple way of working, but it suits us just fine. We don't need much else.
