Arssm College, which is also known by the full name Acharya Rajendra Suri Shiksha Mahavidyalaya, is situated near the Guradiya-Deda Balaji Temple. The pin code is 458001. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main town area, which is nice for a college. The temple nearby is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We focus on teacher training and education courses here. The building is a simple structure with a few lecture halls and some office rooms for the faculty. We have a library that has most of the textbooks the students need for their exams. There is a lot of open ground around the building where students sit and study or just talk during their breaks. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how the geography is around here. The classrooms have big windows to let in the light. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or anything, just the ceiling fans. The students come from different parts of the district, and many of them use their own bikes to get here. It’s a very straightforward place without any unnecessary frills. We try to keep the administrative work organized, though the paperwork can pile up sometimes. It’s just a place where people come to learn how to become teachers. We keep the gates open during the working hours and things are usually quite peaceful throughout the day.
