You can find us over on Tilak Marg in Rajpur. This part of the town is a bit different from the main highway area, but it still gets its fair share of foot traffic. We have been operating out of this building for a long time. It is an older structure, so the ceilings are high and it stays relatively cool even when it is hot outside. We have some heavy metal fans that help circulate the air, though they make a lot of noise. The waiting room has some old magazines that nobody really reads anymore and a clock that is always five minutes fast. We never bothered to fix it. People around here are used to the way we do things. We do not have a computerized system for everything; we still use a lot of paper registers and hand-written notes. It feels more personal that way, even if it takes a bit longer to find a file in the cabinets. The neighbors are mostly small shopkeepers, so we often chat with them during the quiet hours in the afternoon. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, and things get a bit chaotic, but that is just how Tilak Marg is. We open up early and stay until the last person is seen. It is a plain, honest place where we just try to help out the folks who live around this neighborhood.
