Shrirammedical

Shrirammedical has been right here at Udaychowk for a good while. Being opposite the district hospital in Mandla means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It is a busy spot, especially when the morning clinic hours end and everyone walks over. The shop itself is tucked into the corner, and we have quite a few shelves lined up to hold everything. We don't have a fancy layout or anything, just rows of supplies and some glass counters. Most days it is just about keeping up with what people bring in. If you are looking for us, we are the place right across from the main hospital gates. It can get a bit loud with the traffic on the road, but we are used to it by now. The staff here knows most of the regular families around Mandla because they have been coming to us for years. We keep the place open pretty late to make sure anyone finishing up at the hospital can get what they need. Sometimes we run out of space behind the counter, but we manage. It’s mostly just hard work and staying organized. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we are checking the inventory. It is a practical kind of place. We try to keep the floors clean, though people bring in a lot of dust from the street. That’s just part of being in this location. We focus on getting the right items into people's hands and making sure they understand the instructions on the packets before they leave the shop.
