MAA SINGHVAHINI BUILDCORP LLP

We have our office based in Tilak Ward, right here in Mandla. It is actually at the home of Raj Kumar Agrawal’s family. Being in a small place like Mandla means you can’t really hide who you are, so we just try to be straightforward with everyone. We do building and development work as an LLP. It’s not a huge firm with hundreds of workers, but we manage quite a bit around here. The office is at House Number 01, and it’s a place where we do all our planning and phone calls. Mandla is a quiet town compared to the big cities, and we like that pace. Most of our projects are close by, so we can go and check on them easily. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics like desks and some old files. People in the ward know us by name, which is how business usually works around here. We don’t do much in terms of marketing. If we do a good job on a house or a wall, the next person hears about it. It is a very local way of doing things. We handle the materials and the laborers ourselves. It is a lot of hard work and some days are longer than others, but it keeps the lights on. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
