We are set up in the Swami Sita Ram Ward in Mandla. It is a small place compared to some of the big cities, but we like it here in Madhya Pradesh. Even though our name mentions New Delhi, our daily life happens right here in Mandla. We deal with all kinds of accounting work at Bansal & Co. The office is usually full of books and papers because there is always something to file. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass building. We just have a regular space where we sit and go through receipts and ledgers. Sometimes the rain here gets really heavy and the streets get muddy, but we still show up. Working as chartered accountants means people trust us with their details, so we take that seriously even if we don't act all formal. We see a lot of the same clients every year and it’s nice to know their families and how their businesses are doing. It isn’t always exciting work, counting numbers can be a bit dry sometimes, but it’s what we do. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or anything. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs help with their books. It's a steady pace of life in this ward. We are happy to be part of the Mandla community and handle the practical side of things for people. There's plenty to do.
