We are based out of Village Thali in the Karsog area. It is a quiet place near Suni. Pawan Kumar Sharma handles things here from his place. We do building work, mostly around Mandi and the hills nearby. It's not a big fancy office with chairs and desks for everyone, just a local setup to keep things organized. We started this because there was a real need for construction help in the tehsil. The roads are tricky here but we manage to get materials like sand and bricks to the sites. We know the land well, which helps when planning a foundation. Sometimes the weather stops us cold, especially during the heavy rains, but that is just how it goes in Himachal. We take on small and medium projects for regular people. Folks know us by name in the village, so we can't afford to do a bad job. It is easier that way when you live where you work. We focus on getting the walls up straight and the roofs on so they don't leak. It is hard physical work, mostly outdoors in the sun or the cold. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. Just us working from the address in Thali. If you are around Karsog, you have probably seen our trucks or our guys working on a site somewhere. We just keep our heads down and do what is needed. It's honest work for the local community and we like it that way. Not much more to say really. We are just Valley Infra Buildcon and we stay busy.
